Mini-Shuttle™
The patented Mini-Shuttle™ by AccuBilt offers a complete “ready-to-weld” shuttle MIG welding system with an incredibly small footprint. Utilizing a compact ceiling mounted 6-axis robot, the usable work envelope is maximized, while minimizing the cell footprint.
Accu-Shuttle™
The Accu-Shuttle™ offers a complete shuttle MIG welding system with either single or dual robots and shuttling fixture plates. Each cell features a pair of 24″ x 36½” x ¾ tables mounted to pneumatically driven shuttles with a 500 lb capacity for part flexibility.
Lathe Welder
The AccuBilt Lathe Welder is designed to handle a wide variety of rotary welding applications. Utilizing single or multiple MIG torches, this versatile machine can handle small to medium sized cylindrical parts, as well as smaller diameter parts such as axles and drive shafts.
Resistance Welders
AccuBilt builds quality turn-key resistance welding systems for both robotic and dedicated applications. Our experienced engineers will work with you to build the ideal system to maximize your productivity.

AccuBilt offers refurbishment services on existing AccuBilt equipment as well as equipment built by other automation companies. Send us your old weld cells and other automated equipment and our skilled engineers can make them better than new!
In-House Services
Our skilled engineers and technicians offer machine rebuild services as well as technical training at AccuBilt’s facility or yours. We have our own in-house machining, fabrication, assembly and painting capabilities, as well as the ability to to prototype runs.
